Returns & Refunds

1. Defects & damage Item arrived broken or defective? Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos — we replace or refund.

2. Change of mind Unused items in original condition can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Glass items must be unused and clean for hygiene reasons. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer.

3. Exclusions Custom 3D prints (made to order from your files) and used items cannot be returned unless defective.

4. Refund process After we receive and inspect the return, refunds go back via the original payment path (for QR payments: bank transfer to your account). We confirm every step by email.

5. Cancellations Unpaid orders can be cancelled anytime. Paid orders that have not shipped yet can usually still be cancelled — contact us quickly.
