Shipping Information

1. Where we ship We ship within Thailand. Pickup at our Koh Samui location is available at checkout (cash payment on site).

2. Costs Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order and shown before you pay. Some game rewards include free shipping.

3. Delivery times We hand parcels to the carrier promptly after payment confirmation. Actual delivery time depends on the carrier and your province — as a small shop we cannot guarantee fixed dates yet. You receive a status update for every step of your order.

4. Tracking With an account: Account → Order history shows a live status timeline. Guests: use the order lookup with order number and email.

5. Problems Parcel damaged or not arriving? Contact us with your order number — we will sort it out.
